DigitalBlue conducted a Technical Risk Assessment of Sacred Path's Enhanced Tribal Card (ETC) Program, identifying security vulnerabilities and operational gaps affecting the program's reliability and compliance.
Sacred Path is an enterprise of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, providing nationwide ETC consulting and a turnkey ETC Program that meets the federal Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative mandate for its own members and client tribes. Sacred Path partners with Customs and Border Protection and FEMA under the Department of Homeland Security.
We delivered a prioritized, actionable roadmap addressing the risks identified across all main impact areas, giving Sacred Path's leadership a clear, standards-aligned path to strengthen the ETC Program's technical and operational posture.
